the 9 waxwings again in eastbourne this morning.

have been checking lindfield road for waxwings regularly this year cos i missed the ones there in december. today there was a flock of 9 at the same spot feeding on a rose bush. it's never sunny when i see waxwings!

like this guy's work, the tawny owl especially

 wintering woodlarks, 7 remaining. was nice to see a decent flock of corn buntings too.
